Payment
The minimum order is 50 EUR. Drum Scanning is a labor intensive process, there is no automation at any stage, which is why the minimum order is 50 EUR. To go ahead with your order, you’ll have to make this initial payment – please let us know in the message above, if you’d like us to send you an invoice and you can do this via bank transfer, or alternatively we will send you a PayPal money request, and you can pay via PayPal with your credit or debit card.
The remaining balance will be charged once we’ve received the film, evaluated it and confirmed the order and estimate with you.

How to Pack Your Film
Please pack your film safely, so that it does not get damaged on the way. I suggest you pack it in a small box with plenty bubble wrap to pad it. I don’t recommend sending it in an envelope as it might get bent. I don’t trust that “do not bend” sign. You can send it either by courier or regular mail or deliver it in person if you happen to be in Riga.
What Info to Provide
1. Clearly mark frames to be scanned
2. Let us know what size – M or L to scan at – or, if it’s a custom output size?
3. For negatives – do you need them to be converted?
4. How would you like your files to be delivered – through dropbox or USB memory stick / flash drive? If it’s on a USB, please provide one when sending over the film.
5. The return address and your phone number
Return of the Film
Film will be returned as a small parcel via post. Parcels are tracked. Delivery times in European Union are usually 3-7 days. Worldwide – depends, usually within 14 days. Price for economy delivery in EU is 10 EUR. Outside EU 20 EUR. Of-course, the film will be well packed.
If you wish the film can be returned with your preferred courier, charged at cost.
Before sending the film back to you – we will send you scanned files to evaluate the quality. If you’re not happy with scans – we will check them again and see if we need to re-scan them. We’re looking for long term relationships with our clients so both you and us have to be happy with results.
